The Same Authentic North & South Indian Cooking
Opening Late August, Steps from the Strip
After years of serving Henderson and Summerlin, Taj Palace is bringing the same authentic North and South Indian cooking to the Las Vegas Strip, opening late August. Same family. Same recipes. Same wood-burning tandoor grill. Just steps from the casinos, hotels, and shows you came to Vegas for.
We were voted Best Indian Cuisine in Las Vegas five times running. Soon that award-winning kitchen will be a short walk from your hotel room.
At Taj Palace, we live by a simple belief: Athithi Devo Bhava. The guest is a form of god. Whether you flew in from Mumbai, drove down from LA, or walk over from a convention at MGM Grand, you will get the same welcome, the same fresh food, and the same care we give every guest at every table.
Want a reminder when we open? Order online from our Henderson or Summerlin locations today, and check back here soon.
When we open, Vegas Strip guests can look forward to tandoori meats off our wood-burning grill, butter chicken, and lamb curry, along with chicken and goat biryani layered with fragrant basmati rice. Start with samosas or chili chicken, add garlic naan, and cool down with a mango lassi or sweet kheer. New to Indian food? Our daily lunch buffet will be the easiest way in.
Bring the whole table, no one will have to compromise at Taj Palace on the Vegas Strip. Our menu runs deep on vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free Indian dishes like paneer tikka masala, dal makhani, and slow-cooked vegetable curries, right beside our all-halal tandoori and grilled meats.
Taj Palace will sit inside the OYO Hotel & Casino right off the Strip, steps from MGM Grand and Tropicana Ave. T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium, and New York-New York will all be a short walk, with Mandalay Bay and the Convention Center a quick rideshare. We will serve lunch and dinner daily, with on-site hotel parking and easy Uber and Lyft drop-off out front. Tap the map for turn-by-turn directions once we open.
